Welcome to Ai Cartel. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the aicartel.co website, the free live masterclass with Daniel Baturin, and any related communications (collectively, the "Services") operated by DB Studio LLC ("Ai Cartel," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for the masterclass or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to register for the masterclass. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The masterclass

The free live masterclass is an educational event. It's hosted online. We provide the live link by email after you register. Attendance is not guaranteed if you don't show up at the scheduled time, and a replay is not guaranteed.

You agree not to record, redistribute, screen-share, or otherwise reproduce the live training without our prior written consent.

3. Education only — no financial or business guarantees

The information shared during the masterclass is for educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or business advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site and in the masterclass — including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, frameworks, scripts, templates, and methodologies (collectively, "Content") — is owned by DB Studio LLC or licensed to us. You may use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or use the Content to compete with us.

5. User conduct

By using the Services you agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate anyone.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Disrupt, harass, or harm other attendees.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the site.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Content without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

The masterclass and the site rely on third-party services (e.g. hosting, email, SMS, video conferencing). We are not responsible for their performance, downtime, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Communications consent

By registering, you consent to receive emails and SMS from Ai Cartel about the masterclass, future programs, content, and offers. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for more.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DB Studio LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DB Studio LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

14. No third-party relationship

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, Zoom, or any other third-party platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
